RN -House Supervisor – Full Time. 10-hour shifts – 4 evenings a week. We are York’s only CMS 5-star rated community!   As our House Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to help set the standard supporting not only our residents, but our nursing team as well. We are seeking a talented RN who values older adults, to join our team of compassionate care givers. As the House Supervisor your duties would include: * Providing clinical expertise in the management of our resident’s needs and coordinates the care of those residents. * Serves as the administrative authority for the smooth function of all units, including resident and family grievances. * Responds to emergency situations, including assessing residents who are experiencing acute changes. * Assists with the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Providing guidance and support to assure survey compliance daily. You will use your assessment skills, make decisions, and help the team to serve our residents. Requirements: * Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania * At least two years’ experience in a long-term care setting * Genuine concern for the needs of older adults. * Strong customer service skills with both internal & external customers. This 2nd shift position is full time. You will be scheduled to work four 10-hour shifts each week. No weekends! Your template will be: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week. 2:45 pm to 1:15 am.
