EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in ICU or critical care nursing is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and patient status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
