Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: ● Knowledgeable of the individualized care plan for residents and provide support to the resident according to the care plan. ● Contribute to the care planning process by providing the Unit Manager or other care planning staff with specific information and observations of the residents’ needs and preferences. ● Lead, direct, and supervise the certified nursing assistants and assure completion of their duties and documentation. ● Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors. ● Report pertinent changes in residents to the MD/NP/PA. Inform Unit Manager of significant changes and/or issues on the unit. Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements: ● Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. ● Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification. ● Experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care, or other related health care facility supervisory/management skills required.
