Description Title: RN / LPN Department: Nursing Location: Symphony Maple Crest Status: Full Time Shift: 2pm-1030pm Symphony Care Network is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who are uncompromising in providing concentrated and quality-driven care, who possess forward-thinking motivation aimed to set and exceed standards in practice and are role models of dedication, treating every patient with the utmost respect and kindness. The RN / LPN will: Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants according to the facilities policies, procedures and standards. Monitor residents and complete required record keeping; chart and document per facility policy. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration functions which adhere to state and federal regulations and facility policies. Communicate to residents, families and co-workers in an effective and respectful manner. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians and co-workers. Nurses must have the following: Active Illinois nursing license Ability to work every other weekend Compassionate and Caring attitude Time Management skills Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred Compliant with the Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history.
Responsibilities
