Responsibilities: Performing nursing assessments, interventions and evaluations for adult patients in a residential group setting. Provide medical attention to non-verbal, non-ambulatory residents. This includes ensuring the well-being of the residents by maintaining a positive and supportive environment. Excited to join our organization? AWARE RN/LPNs earn $36.00 - $40.00 per hour. Requirements Talents, skills, and abilities: Thorough knowledge of the nursing process as it applies to the provision medical services to adult individuals. Accurate and effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in preforming CPR and in administrating First Aid. Ability to assess, strengths and limitations, help establish realistic goals and measurable objectives, plan and implement, appropriate interventions, and evaluate the outcome of services provided. LPN- must be a graduate of an accredited college or university with a Licensed Practical Nursing Degree and be currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Montana. RN- Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university with a Registered Nursing Degree and be currently licensed as a RN in the State of Montana. Should have a minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or residential setting.
