      TRIAGE NURSE LPN/RN – FLOAT Location: Hawaii Island Community Health Center Reports to: Nursing Manager Compensation * Starting Pay: $29.57 per hour. We’re looking for a Triage Nurse (LPN/RN) who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to make a real difference in our community. ---------------------------------------- SUMMARY Supervise clinical duties and coordinate communication between medical support staff, providers, and front office staff to ensure quality patient care. Working Hours: Hours vary between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Employees can choose between working 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts and are expected to rotate based on organizational needs. ---------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL DUTIES Triage Duties: * Screen and respond to patient calls and walk-ins, assign triage priority, and document in EHR. * Maintain medical equipment and ensure compliance with state licensure and vaccine program requirements.
