QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

• Partner with the leadership team to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Efficiently manage nursing coverage to ensure round-the-clock care, optimizing resources and minimizing overtime.
• Implement progressive counseling and disciplinary actions in alignment with facility policies.
• Lead by example in delivering compassionate and skillful resident care while facilitating staff development through training and mentorship.
• Collaborate on quality assurance initiatives, driving continuous improvement in resident care services.
• Actively engage in staff recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a team of top-tier talent.
