POSITION OVERVIEW • Provide patient care within a 34-room Medical Surgical unit located on the 3rd floor • Assess patient needs and administer treatments • Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs to provide patient care • Promote patient comfort and safety • Work within a collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care UNIT INFORMATION • 34-room Medical Surgical Unit • Located on the 3rd floor • 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio • Team includes RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary Range: $74,880 - $100,000 • $15,000 Sign-On Bonus • Partial Relocation Package Available • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Retirement Benefits • Paid Time Off FACILITY INFORMATION • Memorial Medical Center • 199-bed acute care hospital • Part of Lifepoint Health Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity. Requirements • Active New Mexico RN License REQUIRED • Associate's Degree in Nursing REQUIRED • BLS Certification REQUIRED • ACLS required within six months of hire • PALS required within six months of hire • TNCC required within six months of hire • One year of Med Surg experience preferred • One year of nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care and administer treatments within a 34-room Medical Surgical unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs to ensure patient comfort and safety.
