Responsibilities Provide safe and effective direct patient care in the Med-Surg setting. Assess, plan, and evaluate care needs based on evidence-based standards. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery. Qualifications Active RN license (Florida or Compact). Acute care RN experience within the past 3 years (or within 5 years with longer RN history). BLS required (AHA). ADN or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
