RN Supervisor: Non-Medical Home Care This is a part time position, day shift   We're on the lookout for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to serve our clients and care professionals, assisting with ongoing field interaction with clients, caregivers, and referral sources. In this exciting role, you will serve our community by conducting client home visits, client service plan reviews, and caregiver/client satisfaction follow-up. RN Supervisors are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From being in the field interacting with clients, caregivers, and referral sources, RN Supervisors' scope of responsibility is varied and rewarding. A mix of client home visits, client service plan reviews, Caregiver/Client satisfaction follow-up, social services, and customer service. RN Supervisor Duties: * Conduct home visits with clients/caregivers * Review client/caregiver documents * Support office staff * No hands-on patient care  * Document visits using our CRM Requirements: * Current NJ RN License * Nurturing ability (Caring, empathetic, compassionate) * Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner * Strong Computer Skills * Creative problem-solving skills * Organized and detail-oriented; good documentation skills. **This is a part-time role** We are an equal opportunity employer.
