Description Burnett Medical Center is currently looking for an RN Nurse Manager to oversee our Med-Surg and ED Departments. SHIFT & HOURS: Full-time, M-F, flexible hours RESPONSIBILITIES: Under supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, assesses, plans, implements and evaluates delivery of patient care on the Med/Surgical and ED units. Provides administrative direction for development and evaluation of nursing personnel and maintains operational aspects of patient care units along with support services. Contributes to nursing and hospital through support of philosophy, objectives and education efforts. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin. RN with 2 years of clinical and charge nurse experience. Previous leadership experience preferred. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and NRP certified
Responsibilities
