REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active California RN License (upon hire).
• BLS Certification – American Heart Association (upon hire).
• California Fire & Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire).
• 3+ years recent clinical experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
• 1+ year nursing leadership experience (e.g., RN Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager).

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of stroke and cardiac program requirements.
• Experience in process improvement and quality initiatives.
