Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise HHAs and CNAs staff in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. Responsibilities

The RN Clinical Manager will lead and motivate staff while conducting client assessments and developing individualized care plans. They are responsible for supervising field staff, including HHAs and CNAs, and facilitating new hire orientation and competency training.
