BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to step into the role of Clinical Manager for our Home Health office in Gaithersburg, MD. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a team of skilled clinicians, drive quality care, and ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards. What You’ll Do as a Clinical Nurse Manager: Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to a team of dedicated field nurses and therapists Oversee and manage OASIS/HCHB workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution of care plans (485s) and compliance with Medicare regulations Conduct onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for new field staff; offer regular coaching and professional development Handle clinical triage calls and offer timely, informed guidance to staff and clients What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse (RN) with minimum 2 years of clinical experience Home Health field experience is required Hands-on OASIS experience is essential Why Choose BAYADA?
