We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to join our Oncology Department at our Ontario location. Position Overview Serves as a single point of contact referring physicians, patients and caregivers to provide resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered within Avita Health System and in the community. Facilitates patient appointments, including those made with labs, diagnostic areas and specialty physicians. Qualifications Required: * Current State of Ohio Registered Nurse license. * Current Basic Life Support certification or obtained within 30 days of hire. * Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification obtained within six months of hire date. * Minimum or five (5) years of experience in nursing.
