Green Pine Acres is looking for an RN Educator to join our team!

Responsiblities include:

• Implementing in-person and electronic training programs focused on individual performance.
• Submit applications for renewal of approval of nursing assistant training programs as required by regulation with the Department of Health.
• Schedule, develop and teach training programs and maintain appropriate documentation of participation and competency, according to regulation.
• Develop training iniatives and strategies to improve organizational performance
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions
• Survey employees and managers to determine complete training needs and desired results
• Provide Director of Nursing with monthly outlines of the planned educational programs
• Assist Director of Nursing when necessary

Qualifications:
MN RN , prior experience in long-term care preferred, strong presentation skills, excellent writing and communication skills.
Job Type: Part time with the ability to pick up full time.
Standard Shift: Day shift but varies depending on need
Weekly schedule: Varies depending on need
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $37.00 - $38.05 per hour
