Schedule: 7p-7a bi-weekly schedule Monday, Tuesday, Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care. - Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing team members. - Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes. - Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations and hospital policies. - Participate in staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs and maintain optimal staffing levels.
