Job Summary The RN delivers and/or coordinates the delivery of patient care, including critical illness or emergency of episodic nature, using the nursing process Completes initial multi-system and psycho-social assessments, expected outcomes, interventions and evaluation of care based upon the developmental status from neonate through adult geriatric. Essential Functions Delivers and/or coordinates the delivery of patient care by using the nursing process of assessment, expected outcome identification, intervention, and evaluation of care. Demonstrates knowledge and/or proficiency in the management and delivery of patient care in assigned area of clinical practice. Participates in patient/family education and discharge planning activities and assures family involvement. Integrates culture, beliefs, value systems of individuals. Education Associates degree in Nursing Licenses/Certifications Currently licensed in the state, or licensure eligible Current BLS PALS is recommended NRP within 12-months of hire
