POSITION SUMMARY

The RN Nurse Supervisor provides clinical guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compliant nursing care to all clients of the agency. This position supervises the clinical team, oversees client assessments and plans of care, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as a primary clinical liaison with both internal staff and external stakeholders. They also play a critical role in supporting agency growth through referral relationship building and the management of new client intakes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: BSN required; MSN or MHA preferred
• Licensure: Active RN license in the State of Ohio (unrestricted)
• Experience: 3–5 years in home health or skilled nursing, with at least 2 years in leadership
• Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, staff supervision, referral relationship management, intake coordination, and regulatory knowledge
