Schedule: Full-time Shift: Days Location: 9395 CROWN CREST BLVD, Parker, 80138 The role you’ll contribute: Responsible for delivering professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures. This position assesses patient needs, plans and implements appropriate interventions, and evaluates outcomes. In addition, this position ensures patient safety and comfort through continuous monitoring and effective communication with the surgical team. Additionally, this role collaborates with other healthcare professionals to refine and implement the patient's plan of-care, maintaining accurate documentation of patient care. Responsibilities for this role include providing leadership and direction to a group of caregivers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the surgical team. The value you’ll bring to the team: Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Required qualifications: Associate's Degree Nursing Or nursing diploma One year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure BLS - Basic Life Support
