Overview Internal Posting for current RN's working at Finley Hospital only! Shift: Part-time, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, for 32 hours per pay period. No weekends or holidays. You will have a Friday rotation. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Outpatient Care Unit team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Assist with outpatient procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and ancillary departments Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire) Experience: 2-3 years of prior inpatient nursing experience is preferred Certification/License: Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer prescribed treatments and medications, and assist with outpatient procedures, including pre- and post-procedure care. Responsibilities also include educating patients and families and coordinating care with the broader healthcare team.
