Schedule: Full-Time PACU RN Shift: 11am-11pm Location: 120 N OAK ST, Hinsdale, 60521 The role you’ll contribute: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Our Team is looking for the following RN Candidate: Must have recent experience in both PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) and ICU (Intensive Care Unit) settings. Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for patients recovering from anesthesia and critical illness. Proven competency in advanced patient assessment, airway management, and hemodynamic monitoring. Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care from surgery to recovery and critical care environments. Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments. Other duties as assigned. Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery. Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status. Documents all phases of patient status while responsible for their care. Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care. The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed: Associate's of Nursing Required Bachelor's of Nursing Preferred Work Experience Required Registered Nurse (RN) Required Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
