Job Details Requirements: Baccalaureate in Nursing (BSN) is required from an accredited college or university. Meets annual contact hour requirements as determined by the Professional Development Program. 1 years of RN experience required. Currently licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse in NY State. Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association Physically able to perform CPR, lift 20 lbs of equipment, document, and stand/walk for extended periods of time. Wear protective gear as appropriate for assigned area including, but not limited to, N95 and isolation garments. Participate in care of those with potentially infectious and communicable disease. Must be able to Travel to various locations across Long Island to administer vaccine and respond to exposures (5% travel). Triages basic employee injuries and escalates care if needed. Observes HIPAA rules and regulations and protects PII. Must have excellent customer service, leadership, and delegation skill. Works with a multi-disciplinary team across all of Catholic Health. Computer skills are essential with emphasis on Microsoft excel, word, and the ability to function in EMR systems. Basic job duties: Administer Vaccines Return to work appointments Telephone Calls Manage Incident reports and work place injuries Must be a Team Player who is flexible in the work environment and able to multitask and work in a multidisciplinary team. Assist with Workers Compensations Claims Return to work appointments/phone calls, Telehealth Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook Has good EMR aptitude, will need to learn Agility (previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory) Annual Employee Health Assessments Fit Testing Data Entry Must Drive and be willing to Travel for Flu PODS Monitoring Compliance for OSHA and Joint Commission Blood Draws, IM, SQ, intradermal injections, First Aid injuries, COVID/Flu testing, medical documentation, furloughs, work clearance, administrative compliance, data entry, vaccination scheduling, fit testing, organization, supply ordering This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Responsibilities
