We are looking for an experienced RN who is interested in advancing their skill set through supporting patient outcomes from a system perspective rather than direct patient contact.

Responsibilities

Ideally you will be a relationship driven person, passionate about improvement in patient outcomes, and enthusiastic in your approach. You must be prepared to be flexible and innovative in your work.
Having a good understanding of the primary healthcare and community environment would support easy integration into the role, however to support your success in this role, you will undertake broad orientation and training.

To be considered for this position you must:

  • Be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3-5 years plus post graduate experience
  • Be able to demonstrate proficient level experience or PDRP
  • Be comfortable in facilitation, change management and ideally educating
  • Be experienced in supporting and implementing services and/or programmes
  • Have advanced computer literacy across MS Office 365 suite
  • Have evidence of ability to develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Be a confident communicator both spoken and written
  • Have NZ residency or citizenship
