Orthopaedic Bone Health Nurse Program Coordinator develops, coordinates, and manages clinical and administrative activities related to the Bone health Program a division of the Orthopaedic Department. This job will support the clinical and research efforts of the Bone Health program. This job collaborates with the Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and/or Vice President, and serves as the administrative and clinical leader for a program. This will include facilitating clinical ambulatory care of Bone health patients across all clinical locations.
EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
Preferred Education:
Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure/Certification Required:
Current Registered Nurse license, BLS Certification.
Licensure/Certification Preferred:
None
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Years and Type of Required Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience.
Preferred experience with a focus in Orthopaedics or Osteoporosis.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to set priorities make timely decisions and meet multiple deadlines.
Work collaboratively within a large complex, fast paced environment.
