Apply today and make a meaningful impact! Education: RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body. Current CPR certification required Availability to work Monday through Friday 0830-1630 and one in three weekend rotation, On call 1630-0830 Other Requirements: Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle Experience with palliative patients in home care setting/LTC Certification in advanced wound care, SWAN, NSWOCC preferred.
