Key Responsibilities:

Provide independent care for a group of ICU patients

Document and communicate patient assessments accurately

Ensure continuity of care post-discharge Requirements:

Valid RN License in Florida

Minimum one year of ICU nursing experience

BLS and ACLS certifications needed
