Location: Gainesville, FL 32614 Available Shifts: • Days: 7a–7p • Nights: 7p–7a Salary Range: • $30.69/hr (2 years of experience) • $33.71/hr (5 years of experience) • $43.20/hr (17 years of experience) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates living 100+ miles away (typically $2,500–$5,000) Shift Differentials: • Nights: $4.25/hr • Weekends: $3/hr Position Overview: This 523-bed acute care hospital provides comprehensive services including cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, and more. The RN Renal Vascular position delivers patient-centered care within a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Candidates must live within a commutable distance (less than 60 minutes from the facility).
