What You Will Do as the RN – Resident Health & Care Services Coordinator Lead staff education and clinical development by designing, implementing, and delivering an annual training program that builds caregiver competency, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes best practices in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Serve as a clinical coach and mentor by providing ongoing education, competency validation, and required state-mandated training to direct care staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence. Conduct daily clinical rounds to oversee resident care, monitor compliance with state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and Woodlands Senior Living policies, and identify opportunities for quality improvement. Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to support admissions, individualized care planning, resident safety, and exceptional person-centered care through strong communication and clinical leadership.
