Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing staff during the evening shift. The RN Supervisor will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high standards of resident care, and support staff development and compliance. This is a leadership opportunity for an RN who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to excellence in patient care. This is primarily a Monday through Friday position, with weekend coverage as required by the facility. Responsibilities Supervise and support evening shift nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Ensure quality resident care in accordance with current nursing standards and regulations Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident conditions and staff performance Address and resolve clinical issues or resident/family concerns promptly Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan and coordinate care Provide hands-on nursing care and assist during emergencies as needed Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Report directly to the Director of Nursing and contribute to overall facility success What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Continuing education and advancement opportunities A positive, team-focused work environment Qualifications Current RN license in PA Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including infection control and resident rights CPR/BLS certification required
