We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our senior living community team. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, overseeing clinical services, and ensuring residents’ health, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate is organized, clinically skilled, and committed to delivering exceptional resident-centered care. \n Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and nursing need Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions Supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and medication aides Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control standards, and company policies Participate in resident assessments, wellness checks, and care conferences Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff as needed Shift: Full-time Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Graduate of an accredited nursing program Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required \n $42 - $42 an hour \n Why Join Spring Oak?
