Unlimited referral bonuses; up to $3000 per referral On-site LGH Healthworks clinic -- FREE for FT staff Responsibilities of Staff Development Coordinator: Education Develop, organize, and direct all in-service education Responsible for conducting new hire orientation Responsible for attending inter-disciplinary team meetings Assist with additional staff training related to skills competency Participate in Quality Assurance program Provide ongoing staff CPR training Experience · Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year’s of experience in a nursing care facility. · Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc. · Must possess skills in leadership and communication. · Must possess creativity, integrity, and initiative.
