RN Staff Educator – Part Time The RN Staff Educator will design and implement a comprehensive staff orientation program that meets regulatory and compliance requirements and aligns with the LCC Mission. This role will deliver, track, and schedule educational programs and manage educational resources. Responsibilities: * Lead the development, implementation, and execution of mandatory annual education and competencies for all clinical and non-clinical staff. * Responds to the organization's educational needs via requests for training on new processes or patient care equipment or in response to identified knowledge deficits. * Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in long-term care and participate in the dissemination of this information to staff. * Stays current with LCC policy & procedures Federal, State and Local regulations, and all requirements from accrediting bodies.
