RN Supervisor – Acute Care (Nights) Glendive, MT | Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Pay Starting at $36.63 per hour Now Hiring: Nursing Leadership Glendive Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to lead patient care operations during night shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinician who enjoys supporting staff, coordinating care, and ensuring quality outcomes. What You'll Do Oversee nursing operations across multiple departments Assign staff and support workflow during shift Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges Partner with providers to ensure quality care Respond to changes in patient conditions Provide hands-on nursing care as needed Departments may include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, Behavioral Health, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care.
