Bethany Village is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to oversee our community every other weekend. In this role, you will serve as the overall facility supervisor, ensuring the highest standards of care, staff performance, and resident satisfaction.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and assessing the quality of care and staff performance during your shift. You will support and guide staff across all departments, provide hands-on resident care as needed, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Lead and coach nursing staff (CNAs, LPNs, and RNs) and all departmental staff during assigned shifts.
• Perform physical assessments and provide hands-on care for residents as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, complete follow-up on lab reports, and ensure timely resident care interventions.
• Complete and review required documentation, including infection control reports, accident/incident reports, and audits.
• Verify that CNA and LPN assignments are carried out and support the team when needed.
• Ensure emergency equipment is functional and perform safety/equipment audits.
• Monitor compliance with DOH, OSHA, and state regulations, providing coaching and corrective action when necessary.
• Assist with physician rounds and communicate resident updates to incoming shifts.
• Supervise the dining room during meals to support a positive resident experience.
• Provide on-the-spot orientation and in-service education to staff.
• Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and values of Bethany Village.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
