We pride ourselves on positive outcomes and personalized services.  We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to join our collaborative team for our 1st shift (7 AM to 3 PM).  If you love helping others in a team environment, we have a place for you! RN Supervisor job duties include: * Ensure proper medical management of each resident * Take on the role of liaison between physicians, hospitals, family members and other medical personnel to ensure resident plan of care is followed. * RN must make daily resident visits to observe and evaluate the resident's physical and emotional status and to direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities. * Supervise other nursing service personnel and ensure medication passes and scheduled treatments are being administered as ordered by the physician. * RN must be able to demonstrate the ability to think independently, supervise staff, and work as a team member for the good of the resident.  ***Salary is based on experience*** Apply today!
