Requirements Part Time Eve position Available Candidate must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with 2-5 years' experience in LTC. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing resident care. Supervision of CNAs and LPNs including disciplining, interview and hiring. Candidate will work closely with Director of Nursing to ensure Department of Health compliance with regulations, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures. Basic computer knowledge, MDS proficiency and knowledge of care plan process is required. Responsibilities
The RN Supervisor is responsible for managing resident care and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), including involvement in hiring and disciplinary actions. This role also requires close collaboration with the Director of Nursing to ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and company policies.
