WeCare Centers at Monroeville Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Supervisor for our community in Monroeville, PA. Our RN Supervisor is a dynamic individual who can lead a team in the care that helps enhance the lives of our residence. Key Responsibilities Assume responsibility to ensure the provision of nursing care to the facilities residents. Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and guidelines. Provides direct resident care as needed. Direct and supervise the day-to-day function of the nursing staff. Manage the flow of care. Attend nursing leadership meetings. All other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program. 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting is preferred. 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of PA Ability to work with a team. Ability to adjust to changing conditions and situations.
