This is a benefited, full-time 12 hour mid shift position with call. It has a variable start time between 8:30am- 10:30am and is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital-San Diego. Current BLS certification (American Heart Association provider). Proficiency in speaking, reading, and following instructions in English. Ability to demonstrate positive behaviors in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing 2 or more years OR experience Trauma experience- Level 1 Previous OR Charge experience Strong experience in Neuro/complex ENT/and ortho/trauma is highly preferred EPIC system experience PeriOp 101 course Well rounded experience in all service lines

Responsibilities

The RN provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. They take primary responsibility for patient care delivered by the Care Team and collaborate with other members to ensure optimal outcomes.
