    The role you ’ll contribute :
    The primary function of the RN Outcome Coordinator is to oversee improvements related to publicly reported data and departmental initiatives within perioperative services. It also requires proficiency in collaboration and negotiating skills and acts as a resource and role model to team members. Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health /situation and unit specific data for process improvement initiatives.

T he value you’ll bring to the team :

  • Works with Director to manage agency/travelers and other contractual agreements which commits budgetary resources.
  • Assists the Director with maintaining confidential employee/patient data in reference to research pertinent quality data.
  • Manages TracCore tissue tracking system.
  • Assists with physician block schedules as directed by the Director.
  • Looks for opportunities to support, recognize and celebrate teamwork.
  • Collect interpret quality and efficiency measures and report findings/attend and support findings to the Director of Quality, Director of Surgical Services, Quality Committee, and the Surgical Committee/Department of Surgery, and Ortho governance Committee.
