Active participation in coaching and mentoring during knowledge sharing to other team members. Offer support and guidance to customer support teams, during postproduction project activities Network design and optimization Innovation Change and Improvement Management Automation Network Performance Service Delivery Business Understanding Data Analytics Financial Acumen Stakeholder Management Strong experience with RF Design and familiar with Prediction tools such as Mentum, etc University Degree in Engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent With at least 8-10 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect and has worked/currently working for a telecommunications organization Amenable to work in CDO/Davao

Responsibilities

The RND Lead will actively participate in coaching and mentoring team members while providing support to customer support teams during postproduction project activities. They will also be involved in network design and optimization, focusing on innovation and improvement management.
