Manages workflow of Staff Certified Nursing Assistant who provide care to assigned patients. Acts as charge RN when indicated. Qualifications and Skills Education and experience sufficient to meet position requirements. Valid RN license in state of DE, compact state, or ability to obtain via reciprocity. 1 or more years of experience preferred. Possess special interest in working with pediatric long term care residents and children with special needs. Ability to speak, read, and write English and to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, vendors and other staff members. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides care and advocacy to residents requiring clinical expertise and manages the workflow of Certified Nursing Assistants. They also document care accurately and advocate for residents within and outside the facility.
