CSM Romania is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION Overall, in charge of engine room operations and maintenance of all machinery. Ensure safe, efficient operation of main engine, auxiliaries, and electrical systems. Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repairs. Monitor fuel consumption, lube oil, and engine performance. Lead and manage engine crew, assign duties, and conduct training. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Experience in repairs and dry docking is required. Holder of a valid COC (STWC Reg III/2) with verification. Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. Experience with a multicultural working environment. Good communication and leadership skills. Fluent in the written and spoken English language. Safety culture and mindset. VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum experience requirements: 12 months in rank with Engine type (4 stroke Experience on Electronic engines is preferred.
