To ensure a viable, efficient, and reliable energy future for all Job Description Lead the design and review of road and highway works, including alignments, pavements, drainage, and traffic elements Review and approve drawings, technical specifications, and design submissions Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and Saudi authority requirements Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved designs Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of road design standards and specifications Proven experience working with consultants and contractors Ability to review designs and manage technical interfaces Good communication and leadership skills Additional Information We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
