Job Description ▬ Responsible for checking and inspecting the works and monitoring the works in order to ensure safety and quality in construction; ▬ Reception at completed or in-progress works on work points; ▬ Participation in determining phases; ▬ Verification and approval of the relevant documentation in the Roads and Hydro works sector; ▬ Preparation of all the necessary documents for the development of the construction book; ▬ Correspondence and participation in work sessions with the Beneficiary, the Contractor, the Designer and the authorized authorities; ▬ Carrying out daily site inspections and daily records of site activity; ▬ Checking and drawing up minutes for each event requested in the program, including for hidden works; ▬ Monitoring compliance with the technical execution procedures for cold weather works according to the norms in force and all related regulations; ▬ Any other obligations and responsibilities according to the legislation in force and the conditions of the works contract. Qualifications ▬ Preparation: higher education in construction ▬ Seniority: 5 years of experience ▬ PC operation ▬ Fluent Romanian, and preferably good spoken and written English, represents an advantage; ▬ Confident, clear and polite style of verbal communication one-to-one or in a group, including ‘active’ listening; ▬ Ability to work under stress and extended schedule ▬ Assuming responsibilities and maintaining confidentiality Business Line: Transportation Service Line: Inter - Urban Transport Region: Europe and Africa Job Family: Technical Engineering Profession: Engineer I
