HOW YOU CREATE IMPACT

The Road Logistics Manager oversees daily operations and customer service functions within the cross-border logistics division. This role ensures operational efficiency, service excellence, and strategic customer engagement. The ideal candidate leads logistics teams, optimizes workflows, and manages carrier relationships to support both domestic and international logistics needs.

  • Demonstrate a transformational spirit, continuously seeking ways to evolve and modernize logistics operations and organizational processes.
  • Utilization of strong grasp of pricing strategy, as it directly impacts competitiveness, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead daily logistics operations including transportation, cross-border coordination, and warehouse activities
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service levels
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
  • Act as the primary contact for strategic customers, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and align logistics solutions to their needs
  • Identify and manage relationships with local and regional carriers
  • Negotiate carrier contracts and monitor performance against service standards
  • Supervise and develop logistics coordinators and customer service representatives
