Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Work in the Road Logistics Healthcare team to manage road shipments for Pharmaceutical and Healthcare customers, following specific instructions and customer SOPs. Ensure excellent customer service and comply with the 2823 Global GXP Policy Manual Pharma in all operations. Build strong relationships with key customers and colleagues in the Healthcare team. This role requires both operational efficiency and good interpersonal skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand Road logistics operations to address industry-related questions and requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new starters.
  • Support the induction and training of internal staff, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
  • Help with onboarding new customers, including generating SOPs, work instructions, and attending introductory meetings.
  • Provide support for all Healthcare products.
  • Understand customer needs to provide spot quotes, sell solutions, handle objections, and negotiate.
  • Follow up on quotations that are not immediately closed, seeking feedback.
