We are currently seeking a Road Maintenance Worker to join our team delivering road and drainage maintenance services across the Melton Shire. About the Role As a Road Maintenance Worker, you will support a variety of road and drainage maintenance activities, helping to maintain council assets and ensure safe, functional infrastructure for the local community. Your day-to-day duties may include: * Road maintenance and repair works * Drainage maintenance and installation * Minor concreting works * General labouring and civil maintenance tasks * Traffic management support * Operating hand and power tools * Assisting with emergency call-outs when required * Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm principles About You We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and enjoys working as part of a team.
