Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider. We are currently seeking a Road Safety Coordinator with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department. Shift availability: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm English proficiency is a must Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the company’s safety policies and procedures by conducting regular review meetings with staff and monitoring the company’s CVOR safety rating. Perform monthly driver vehicle inspections and log audits to ensure compliance with DOT and MTO Hours of Service regulations. Process IRP applications and create truck binders for owner-operators, ensuring all truck authority documents remain current. Maintain accurate records of tractor and trailer maintenance, including preventive maintenance bills for both owner-operators and company units. Register and track all accident claims, update documentation, maintain the crash frequency register, and review loss run reports. Evaluate and monitor the company’s safety rating by regularly updating the Risk Factor spreadsheet. Review and follow up persistently on traffic tickets, convictions, and accidents. Monitor federal and provincial safety regulations to stay current with compliance programs and implement necessary changes. Manage truck and trailer files efficiently, including two years of annual inspections, repair bills, and CVOR documentation for each vehicle and driver file. Review CVOR records and handle permit applications and renewals, including IRP processes. Provide support to drivers with issues related to weight scales, tolls, and similar concerns. Collaborate with other departments and provide MVRs for new driver prospects. Perform other administrative and general tasks as required.
