Are you good with your hands, have a knack for all things technical? Join Johnston Equipment as a Road Service Technician.
As the Road Service Technician, you will be conducting maintenance checks and repairs for lift trucks and carousels at customer sites providing consistent service and technical knowledge to our customers.

EDUCATION

  • Lift Capacity Inspection Technician Certification an asset
  • Automotive Technician Certification or Designation preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Examine overall operational integrity and condition of the trucks
  • Diagnose, adjust/repair mechanical, hydraulic or electrical parts then communicating and executing next steps for repair solutions to the customer
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose and order parts according to technical manuals.
  • Document and analyze breakdowns based on standard procedures
  • As a technician, you are the front line contact between GNJ and the customer, so you are comfortable with client contact as well as being technical savv
